      I’m a 200-hour RYT through Roots Hot Yoga and currently completing my 500-hour training with Yoga Pod and Yoga Renew. I’ve been practicing for nearly eight years, and yoga has become both a personal anchor and a path for connection, intention, and growth.

      I’ve taught hot vinyasa, hatha and 26&2 at studios on the East and West Coast, and I’m especially drawn to creating smooth, intentional vinyasa flows that feel both grounding and expansive.

      Off the mat, I value slow, mindful living—long walks, fresh air, simple rituals, and quality time with the people I love. Yoga, to me, extends far beyond the mat and into the way we care for ourselves and move through the world.
