Michelle Ramirez
Hi, I’m Michelle Ramirez. I’m originally from Los Angeles, California, but I’ve called Tucson home since I was 10 .I currently hold an A.A. degree and am pursuing my Bachelor’s in Nutritional Science with the goal of starting a career as a Radiation Technician.
I discovered yoga in 2020 during a time when I was searching for something deeper and more meaningful in my life. At the recommendation of a friend, I took my first class at Sumits Hot Yoga—and I never looked back. That first experience sparked something in me, and two years later, I knew I wanted to become a yoga instructor and share that same transformative energy with others.
In 2022, I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to sub at Roots Hot Yoga, where it all began.
Outside of the studio, I’m a passionate fitness enthusiast and train daily with F45 workouts. Whether it’s on the mat or at the gym, I believe in the power of movement to heal, energize, and transform.
